Born and Bread in Moonah.

Baked Gluten Free is an award-winning gluten free bakery and café in Moonah, Hobart, proudly baking fresh every day since 2014.

From our dedicated gluten free bakery at 10 Sunderland Street, we make handmade gluten free breads, focaccias, pastries, cakes and sweet treats seven days a week. Our café is a popular destination for locals and visitors looking for fresh gluten free food in Hobart.

Alongside our retail bakery and café, we supply wholesale gluten free baked goods to cafés, restaurants and venues across Tasmania.

We’ve partnered with Lottie Lane Coffee Roasters to ensure the coffee we serve is just as carefully crafted as our baking.
